We understand the importance of referrals in providing quality care to our clients. We accept referrals from medical practitioners and case managers. To make a referral, simply complete the referral form on our website, and we will take it from there. Our experienced team will review the form and contact you to discuss any additional information needed. Referrals under the Medicare Better Access Scheme involve individuals who have obtained a Mental Health Care Plan from their general practitioner. Private referrals are for individuals who prefer to engage in mental health occupational therapy services independently or through their private health insurance.
