Mental Health Occupational Therapists specialise in evaluating how mental health conditions affect an individual's ability to function in their daily life. They collaborate with clients to address the impact of mental health challenges on their participation in daily activities such as self-care, work, leisure, and social interactions. OTs empower clients to overcome barriers and achieve personal goals, thereby enhancing overall well-being and quality of life.
