Functional Capacity Assessment
What is a Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA)?
An FCA is a crucial assessment that helps determine the supports you need to achieve your NDIS goals. It provides evidence for appropriate funding and support in your NDIS plan.

Our Reports
Our comprehensive and holistic reports detail your current functional abilities, identify areas where you need support, make specific recommendations for NDIS funding and supports, include input from your other healthcare providers.
Time Investment
For new clients, we dedicate 12-15 hours to each assessment, ensuring thorough evaluation and detailed reporting to support your NDIS goals. If you are an existing client, the assessments are usually quicker to complete.
