Claire Mann
Senior Occupational Therapist
Claire is a Mental Health Occupational Therapist with over 15 years’ experience in supporting people within the community setting. She has a passion for working with adults and young people to improve their mental health.

She has worked in urban and rural settings with people of all ages. She works within a person centred and family centred approach to promote optimal health and functioning. Claire has an interest in supporting the mental health of parents on their parenting journey and is a registered Circle of Security parenting program group facilitator, classroom approach facilitator and coach.

Claire works with people with complex mental health and physical health conditions. Her expertise includes but is not limited to depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar affective disorder, neurodivergence, intellectual disability and brain injury.

Claire utilises a range of evidence-based interventions in her practice. These include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), sensory approaches, recovery through activity, cognitive orientation to daily occupational performance (CO-OP), mindfulness, graded exposure, development of living skills and behavioural activation.
In her spare time Claire enjoys playing hockey, camping and spending time with family and friends.
